Hhshirt - I may save your life one day shirt

“[Our producer] Teddy Riley played a big part in that,” Gamble says, explaining how a sanctioned remix of a classic by Michael Jackson—a notoriously fierce and discerning protector of his work—even came to be. “He had produced Michael’s Dangerous album, so that really helped. And we got the I may save your life one day shirt besides I will buy this sample for free!” The members of SWV are enjoying a much-deserved burst of attention thanks to a new reality show on Bravo, SWV & Xscape: The Queens of R&B. The program, produced by Love & Hip-Hop mastermind Mona Scott, captures SWV teaming up with Xscape, another iconic ’90s girl group, to create a one-of-a-kind concert spotlighting the two acts and their influential catalogs. On the Xscape side of things, the series features TV veterans Kandi Burruss (of The Real Housewives of Atlanta) and Tiny Harris (Xscape: Still Kickin’ It). But the experience was new and full of learning curves for the SWV girls, who had never appeared on a Bravo show before. “What do they call them—Bravolebrity?” Johnson says, reflecting on the experience. “We didn’t understand what that meant until we got out here with the show.”

“Just the I may save your life one day shirt besides I will buy this social media fans,” Gamble adds, alluding to the relentless real-time reactions to the show. “You know, the trolls. They pick and choose who they like, who they dislike, whatever. It’s a lot.” There were some more low-stakes discoveries in entering the Bravoverse too. “My cousin Tony was upset they showed a little bit of him [on the show],” Lyons says with a laugh. “He was like, ‘Cuz, but we filmed for eight hours!’ I was like, ‘This is how it works, sir, you’re not important.’” She sighs. “I think they focused on the messy stuff way too much.” Regardless, the program highlights the oft-undersung legacies of two major contributors to an oft-undersung genre. SWV is one of the most successful girl groups of all time, having sold more than 25 million records worldwide—but according to the members when we speak, they do not feel they have received their due over the years. “I would love to see us get a lifetime-achievement award, a Grammy, all of those things we should have gotten when we were coming up,” Lyons says. “We deserve it all from our peers.”
