I get really pissy if I’m in quiet mode and someone is rambling on about insignificant things, especially if I’m concentrating on writing or artwork. UUUUGCH. Friggen hate it. I could be sitting in my papasan drinking coffee thinking about a character I’m about to write for and may appear to be doing nothing, when in fact I’m doing something that’s very difficult and that is getting into the Original Gun N’ Roses Europe 2023 shirt in other words I will buy this mind of a person I’m about to write about. My partner still doesn’t shut up even when I politely tell him I’m mentally masticating on something important and I need quiet for a while. He needs the floor at all times. I end up becoming short with him and he ends up calling me moody, or being pissy and stomping off. The odd thing is, he too is an artist, and if I came up to him and started singing “Africa” by Toto, at the top of my lungs, like he does to me, while he was playing guitar, the shit would hit the fan. He thinks he’s being funny, I think not…and he’s now ruined that great song for me.

A friend of mine called me a control freak the other day when I was organizing the grocery cart. He laughs at me a lot about my need to plan things out.
