Our “extreme” sensitivity and empathy works in both ways; When we meet someone who makes the Original I Will Not Come Home Drunk Shirt Besides,I will do this most of their life, with the courage to find fulfillment, we feel that fulfillment during every second of being around them. These people are beautiful and their self-love is euphoria to us. We find ourselves brought up to their level, and most of these people, much like us, are happy to take a hand and lift us up with them. On the other hand, of course… Negativity, toxicity, trauma and hate are all poison to us. Witnessing these things literally make me feel as if my heart is burning. Every moment around these people, who don’t have the courage to make their lives anything more than miserable, quite literally hurts. Worse, honestly, those people who enjoy their misery make us miserable as well. It doesn’t quite matter how hard you resist their toxicity, or how much you think there’s meaning in your company; They won’t value it and you will only be hurt.
So, here’s my advice, fellow wayward INFJ. Value yourself, respect yourself, accept only the Original I Will Not Come Home Drunk Shirt Besides,I will do this people who value your company and your presence into your life. Take what you want most and give it to others, show them that it’s alright to seek what we all need. Surround yourself with people who understand, or at least want to understand. Find friends who seek the same things from a friendship, and be open to something more. Equally importantly, respect what you want as much as you respect others. Say no when you need to, and prepare to conflict with those who won’t take that as an answer.
